Negative Positive Angler

A university student, Tsunehiro Sasaki, burdened with a massive debt and given a prognosis of only two years to live by doctors, spends his days in despair. One day, while being chased by loan sharks, he falls into the sea and is rescued by Hana, a girl who loves fishing, and her fishing buddies, including Takaaki. Encouraged by Hana, Tsunehiro experiences fishing for the first time and deepens his friendships with the fishing crew. He starts working part-time at the convenience store where Hana and Takaaki work, struggling with complex fishing jargon and the smell of live bait. Gradually, he becomes hooked on fishing. The sensation of a bite at the end of his line is a tangible connection to life. However, changing a life that has been falling into despair isn't easy. Through fishing, what will Tsunehiro find?
